It draws a comparison between two of Europe’s bloodiest dictators. Based on archival material and carrying a strong political message, the film provides a historical overview of the division of Europe between two totalitarian regimes, the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany, as well as the annexation of countries and the events of World War II.
